These terms cover Orthodatum software, this website and your account. Contact support@orthodatum.com with questions.

What the software does

Orthodatum retrieves and displays documents you supply. It does not generate clinical answers, diagnose conditions, provide medical advice, or replace professional judgment. You are responsible for choosing appropriate, current documents and verifying their content before use. Orthodatum does not supply manufacturer documents or endorse their products.

Your license

Each Healthcare or Healthcare Enterprise license permits one registered host computer. Healthcare supports an unlimited PDF library and one app-linked device. Healthcare Enterprise supports an unlimited PDF library, local-network browser access and unlimited app-linked devices. Hardware, storage and network capacity still limit performance. A Healthcare host may be used as a shared central periop terminal. Transfer to another host requires removing the previous host registration. Existing purchases retain the edition and license terms agreed at purchase.

You retain rights to your documents. Only add material you are authorized to use and share. Keep your own backups and control access to your hardware and network. Do not redistribute the software, share a license across unauthorized hosts, or bypass license controls. These restrictions do not override rights granted under applicable law or third-party open-source licenses.

Pre-orders and subscriptions

The planned launch is November 1, 2026. A pre-order does not provide an immediate download. Features explicitly labeled Coming Soon, including the Case/PO Tracker and processing-node package, are not available yet. Launch timing may change; contact us with questions about availability.

Plan prices are annual and exclude applicable tax. The amount due, charge date and renewal terms shown at checkout govern your purchase. Recurring subscriptions renew unless canceled. Use the billing link in Paddle's receipt or contact support before renewal to cancel. Canceling a renewal does not automatically refund a previous payment.

Your app's initial 365-day access term starts at its first successful online activation. We align the next annual billing date with that activation anniversary without an additional activation charge. The same license key renews online. After the verified term ends, you have 14 days to renew before app access is locked. Activation does not restart or extend the refund window, and mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout. Its Buyer Terms also apply to those transactions. Our Refund Policy explains how to request assistance. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Accounts and support

Provide accurate contact and billing details, protect your password and notify us of unauthorized access. Installation requires compatible hardware listed on this site. Check with support before ordering if compatibility is uncertain. Software updates and support may require an active license. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular retrieval speed, clinical outcomes or suitability for every document or computer.

Hardware compatibility refunds

If Orthodatum cannot be installed or run because your hardware is incompatible, you may request a full refund of the software purchase within 14 calendar days. The window begins on the later of your purchase date or the date your purchased software is first made available to you for download. See our Refund Policy for how to request a refund. This guarantee does not limit rights provided by law or Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Intellectual property and third-party components

Orthodatum LLC and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding and other materials they provide. Your purchase grants a license to use the software, not ownership of its source code. Third-party components remain subject to their own license terms. We do not claim ownership of documents you add.

Suspension and changes

We may restrict access for nonpayment, license misuse, unlawful activity or threats to the service's security, with notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue where appropriate. We may update these terms and will identify the effective date. Material changes to a paid subscription remain subject to the terms agreed at purchase and applicable law.
