Orthodatum LLC operates this website and software. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@orthodatum.com.

Your document library

The local document library and search index stay on hardware you control. The account website does not upload or store your PDFs or document contents. Our statements about local storage and zero document retention refer to that library, not to the account, billing and security information described below. Do not send sensitive documents to support unless you have agreed on an appropriate method and are authorized to share them.

Account and operational information

We collect your name, email and address when you create an account; business name and phone number are optional. We process password hashes, session records, IP addresses and browser information for authentication and security. Purchase history, subscription status, license identifiers and registered-host information support billing, licensing and device management. We also retain correspondence you send to support.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to provide accounts, verify email addresses, process orders, issue licenses, prevent abuse and answer support requests. Cloudflare provides website, account storage, email and security services. Paddle processes payment and tax information as merchant of record; we do not store your full card number. Keygen supports license and host validation. These providers process information necessary for their services under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Information may be processed outside your country.

No ads. We do not sell your personal information or use your document library to train a hosted AI service.

Cookies and retention

Essential cookies maintain your login and secure the account. Paddle may use cookies or similar technologies when you use checkout. We retain account, license and transaction records as needed to operate the service, meet recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and prevent fraud. Retention of billing records may continue after an account is closed.

Your choices

You can update your profile in your account and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to applicable law and required record retention. We may need to verify your identity. We use access controls and protected connections, but no system is completely secure. This service is intended for adults and business users.

Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object to or restrict processing, obtain a portable copy of your information, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to a privacy regulator. Contact us to exercise applicable rights. We may update this policy as the service changes and will identify the effective date of updates.
